To have your LOVE & HATRED piece repaired, please contact info@loveandhatred.com with a photo of your damaged piece. Once we receive your repair enquiry with your photo and additional precious metal information, your piece will be assessed for repair and a quote will be sent to you. 

Before sending your jewellery to be repaired please follow the below shipping instructions and view our LOVE & HATRED handover service. Please advise us in your message which precious metal your piece was made in.

Additional information, you will find number with our markers mark inside or behind all genuine LOVE & HATRED pieces.

375 = 9K Gold
750 = 18K Gold
925 = Sterling Silver

Please make sure you have notified us and LOVE & HATRED has accepted your Repair. Please package up your piece so that it is safe and secure.Please insure your jewellery to the value of your piece. If your piece is over $5,000 we can discuss with you options for your piece  to be delivered to us in person.If your piece is over $5,000 we offer a LOVE & HATRED handover service.
